I‘ve burned my very last stick of my most favourite incense ever. “Oud & Tabu” by Christian Tortu.
And I’m so bummed because I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Even Santa didn’t bring me any 🙁
So, I’m turning the tables for a moment and asking if anyone knows where I may procure more, please let me know!
(Trust me, this is not your first boyfriend’s icky incense- it’s divine.)
Fingers crossed

Wow, no joke. All my sleuthing came up empty too. Perhaps an inquiry on their Facebook timeline? https://www.facebook.com/Christian-Tortu-132171846922222/timeline
His website is http://www.christiantortu.net/. Hope this will help you find your incense.
Thank you Mindy. We left two messages and no answer back. Those French people! (Juuuust kiddding 😉 )
It’s Le week-end! I just hope the incense isn’t discontinued. Maybe, like Elaine on Seinfeld, you can buy a enough to fill a closet and use when something is Oud and Tabu-worthy. I know how hypnotically evocative certain scents can be. Good luck!
I’ve only been able to locate the candles, but will certainly keep an eye out for the incense. I can empathize with your frustration!
Oh! Maybe?!

Thanks Anne. When you try to put the incense in the “cart” it says “This store is temporarily closed” 🙁
I found a candle by him called Oud Wood on Amazon. There’s only two left.
Thanks Gwen, but I prefer the incense to the candle.
It’s not what you were wishing for but have you tried the Astier de Villate line of “encens”? A friend gifted me Yakushima and I was hooked. Sophisticated smells 🙂
Yes Cindy! It’s my second favourite- very sophisticated and I love the packaging too. It will definitely be my choice if the Tortu is no longer available.
Happy New Year to you!
Sorry, Slim. I do not do incense, I would not know! 🙁
A few times when looking for discontinued french products, I have had luck in the Caribbean on the French speaking islands. It isn’t a forever fix, but you may get lucky. Time for a trip? or a little on line research for someone who may carry it? I also find the staff at the stores a lot more helpful than the French sites in general. Not sure where to start for incense, but there has to be someone. Good luck!
It is the most sublime incense I have ever used. Currently on my last box and unable to find more since last year. Was in St. Barth last week and asked a local shop owner, who sells incense, if they could procure some for me. If yes, will let you know.
Slim, my fingers are crossed. I was able to take my shopping bag [containing 5 boxes of the incense] straight through to the Submit Payment stage. I pulled the plug before purchase, but see if you have luck taking it on through to purchase.
